I and the members of my party have read and agreed to the Conditions of Reservation and I agree to be telephoned regarding credit/debit card details for the deposit of one third of the total hire charge (or full amount if the holiday is less than six weeks away) and undertake to pay the balance six weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation by me, the whole or part of the hire charge is payable should inadequate time be given to re-let. If cancelled accommodation is re-let the deposit, less office fee, will be refunded. It is therefore advisable to insure against loss due to illness etc. - Details on request.
